  • You have to enter the National ID/Smart Card Number or Passport Number that you have provided to the Bank.

  • All Mobile One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to Local numbers.

  • In order to update Mailing Address, Utility Bill copy must be uploaded. Utility bill will include Electricity, Gas or WASA Bill (not older than 6 months).

  • The new E-mail or Phone number to be updated will be verified via One Time Password (OTP).

  • Information can be updated only for Single Individual Accounts and Sole Proprietorship Accounts.
