You can update Mobile Number, E-mail and Mailing Address through this portal.

You have to enter the National ID/Smart Card Number or Passport Number that you have provided to the Bank.

All Mobile One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to Local numbers.

In order to update Mailing Address, Utility Bill copy must be uploaded. Utility bill will include Electricity, Gas or WASA Bill (not older than 6 months).

The new E-mail or Phone number to be updated will be verified via One Time Password (OTP).
|
Information can be updated only for Single Individual Accounts and Sole Proprietorship Accounts.
